The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in Montfoort, gespecialiseerd in elektrotechniek en beveiliging, ontwerp je elektrotechnische installaties voor industriële automatiseringsprojecten. Je werkt onder meer aan projecten in de aardappelverwerkende industrie. Vanuit technische specificaties maak je schema’s in Eplan, waarbij je sensoren, motoren, veiligheidssystemen, relaisschakelingen en PLC’s samenbrengt in een samenhangend ontwerp. Je selecteert componenten en onderbouwt je keuzes met risicoanalyses en vermogens-, veiligheids- en temperatuurberekeningen. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je je ontwerpen af met de projectleider, software engineer en elektromonteur. Je ondersteunt de panelenbouw bij de montage en denkt mee over de praktische uitvoerbaarheid van je schema’s. Ook bespreek je verbeteringen in ontwerpen en werkprocessen met collega’s en klanten. Je krijgt ruimte om je vakkennis te verdiepen via opleiding en training, bijvoorbeeld in het genereren van schema’s met Typical Manager. Functie-inhoud - Elektrotechnische schema’s ontwikkelen in Eplan op basis van technische specificaties - Schema’s genereren met Typical Manager en meedenken over efficiëntere engineering - Sensoren, motoren, PLC’s, relais en veiligheidscomponenten selecteren en integreren - Risicoanalyses opstellen en vermogens-, veiligheids- en temperatuurberekeningen uitvoeren - Ontwerpen afstemmen met de projectleider, software engineer en elektromonteur - De panelenbouw ondersteunen bij montage en elektrotechnische ontwerpvragen - Technische innovaties en procesverbeteringen bespreken met collega’s en klanten Functie-eisen - Ervaring met elektrotechnisch ontwerpen en tekenen in Eplan en AutoCAD - Ervaring met automatiseringssystemen van Siemens en Allen-Bradley - Inzicht in componentkeuze, elektrische veiligheid en elektrotechnische berekeningen - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels - Ervaring met Typical Manager is een pré; je bent bereid deze tool te leren - Je werkt nauw samen met andere dis.
