Als elektromonteur met PLC-kennis werk je binnen de industrie in Rotterdam aan de elektrische kant van productie-installaties. Je richt je op het betrouwbaar functioneren van besturingen, aandrijvingen en elektrische componenten. Daarbij combineer je praktisch elektrotechnisch werk met inzicht in de werking van PLC-gestuurde machines. Je volgt signalen van sensor tot besturing en gebruikt elektrische schema’s om storingen gericht te onderzoeken en herstelwerk zorgvuldig uit te voeren. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je werkzaamheden af met operators en technische collega’s. Je onderzoekt bijvoorbeeld waarom een machine niet vrijgeeft, controleert de bijbehorende in- en uitgangen en beoordeelt of de oorzaak elektrisch, mechanisch of besturingstechnisch is. Door onderhoud en storingsanalyse te combineren, verdiep je je kennis van industriële automatisering. Veilig werken, duidelijke overdracht en het voorkomen van herhaalstoringen vormen daarbij de basis. Wat ga je doen? - Elektrische storingen aan productie-installaties onderzoeken en verhelpen - PLC-statussen, I/O-signalen en HMI-meldingen gebruiken bij storingsdiagnose - Sensoren, bekabeling, schakelmateriaal en aandrijvingen controleren en vervangen - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrische installaties en besturingskasten - Elektrische schema’s raadplegen en wijzigingen zorgvuldig vastleggen - Installaties na werkzaamheden veilig testen en overdragen aan operators Wat vragen we van jou? - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting - Praktische ervaring met elektrotechnisch onderhoud aan industriële machines - Basiskennis van PLC-besturingen en het interpreteren van digitale en analoge I/O - Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen en meetmiddelen correct gebruiken - Veiligheidsbewust werken aan elektrische installaties en energiebronnen veiligstellen - Systematisch storingen analyseren en helder overleggen met operators en monteurs Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsa.
