The posting

Als junior elektromonteur met PLC-kennis werk je in een industriële productieomgeving in Wageningen. Je helpt machines en installaties betrouwbaar en veilig te laten draaien, met aandacht voor zowel elektrotechniek als besturingstechniek. Je controleert sensoren, motoren en bekabeling en gebruikt PLC-diagnose om storingen te begrijpen. Daarbij leer je steeds beter onderscheid maken tussen een elektrisch defect, een verkeerd signaal en een probleem in de besturing. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je preventief onderhoud met het oplossen van storingen op de productievloer. Je stemt af met operators en ervaren monteurs, leest elektrische schema’s en controleert of een installatie na herstel weer correct functioneert. Als junior bouw je voort op je elektrotechnische basis. Je ontwikkelrichting ligt bij systematisch storingzoeken, veilig werken en het uitlezen van PLC-besturingen, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal. Wat ga je doen? - Inspecteren en onderhouden van elektrische componenten, schakelkasten en bekabeling aan productiemachines. - Samen met ervaren monteurs storingen onderzoeken aan sensoren, motoren, frequentieregelaars en PLC-gestuurde installaties. - Elektrische schema’s lezen en metingen uitvoeren om defecten en signaalproblemen gericht op te sporen. - PLC-statussen en HMI-meldingen uitlezen en bevindingen bespreken voordat wijzigingen aan de besturing worden uitgevoerd. - Na reparaties de machinewerking en veiligheidsfuncties controleren volgens geldende procedures en afgesproken bevoegdheden. - Onderhoudswerkzaamheden vastleggen en operators informeren over uitgevoerde reparaties en aandachtspunten voor veilig gebruik. Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting. - Eerste praktijkervaring vanuit stages, een leerwerktraject of een juniorfunctie binnen de elektrotechniek. - Basiskennis van PLC-besturingen; kennismaking met Siemens S7, TIA Portal of een vergel.
