Bij een not-for-profitorganisatie in Amsterdam die zich richt op de Nederlandse bloedvoorziening, werk je als elektromonteur met een focus op PLC-gestuurde installaties. De organisatie combineert het afnemen, verwerken en uitgeven van bloedproducten met onderzoek en onderwijs. Binnen deze industriële context draait jouw vak om betrouwbare elektrotechniek: storingen doorgronden, installaties onderhouden en zorgvuldig omgaan met systemen die een maatschappelijk belangrijk proces ondersteunen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je werkzaamheden aan elektrische componenten met het analyseren van signalen en besturingslogica. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met technische collega’s en gebruikers van de installaties, zodat onderhoud en herstel aansluiten op het proces. Veilig werken, wijzigingen vastleggen en functioneren controleren horen daarbij. Je verdiept je verder in PLC-diagnose, industriële besturingen en de samenhang tussen elektrotechniek en procesbetrouwbaarheid. Wat ga je doen? - Elektrotechnische storingen aan PLC-gestuurde installaties lokaliseren en verhelpen - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrische componenten en besturingskasten - PLC-signalen en besturingslogica analyseren bij procesverstoringen - Sensoren, bekabeling en aandrijvingen controleren en waar nodig herstellen - Installaties na onderhoud of aanpassingen veilig testen op correcte werking - Werkzaamheden en technische wijzigingen vastleggen en afstemmen met collega’s Wat vragen we van jou? - Een mbo-opleiding elektrotechniek, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring met elektrotechnisch onderhoud en storingsdiagnose in een industriële omgeving - Inzicht in PLC-besturingen en het uitlezen van in- en uitgangssignalen - Elektrotechnische schema’s kunnen lezen en meetmiddelen correct gebruiken - Zorgvuldig werken volgens veiligheidsprocedures en technische werkinstructies - Helder communiceren met technische collega’s en gebruikers van installaties Wat bieden wij jou? - Bru.
