o Aufbau und Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken nach Stromlaufplänen

o Durchführung von Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen an den gefertigten Anlagen

o Selbständiges Arbeiten nach vorgegebenen Plänen und Arbeitsanweisungen

o Aktive Mitarbeit bei Prozess- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen

o Begleitung, Unterstützung und fachliche Ausbildung unserer Lehrlinge

Du bringst mit

o Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (LAP oder HTL)

o Berufserfahrung als Elektriker, idealerweise im Schaltschrank- und Verteilerbau

o Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team

o Zuverlässige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

o Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Ausbildung von Lehrlingen von Vorteil
