Aufgaben

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:Innen bei Hard- und Softwarefragen

* Betreuung von PC-Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern, mobilen Endgeräten sowie Benutzerzugängen

* Unterstützung bei LAN, WLAN und strukturierter Netzwerkverkabelung

* Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und laufende Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur

* Schnittstelle zu externen IT-Dienstleistern und Dokumentati

* Betreuung und Wartung der elektrischen Anlagen und Gebäudetechnik (HKLS)

* Betreuung von Beleuchtung, Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Gebäudeautomation (Smart Building Systeme)

* Unterstützung bei Zutritts-, Videoüberwachung und Zeiterfassungssystemen

* Unterstützung bei IT-Themen wie Netzwerktechnik, Client-Support

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik und/oder IT-Support bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung im 1st-Level-IT-Support sowie in der Gebäudeverwaltung bzw. Gebäudetechnik

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwenderbetreuung, Fehleranalyse und technischen Unterstützung (Hard- & Software-Support, User Support)

* Erfahrung bzw. Interesse an elektrotechnischen Anlagen, Gebäudeinfrastruktur und modernen Gebäudetechnologien

* Freude daran, IT-Support und elektrotechnische Aufgaben zu gleichen Teilen zu verbinden

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und IT-Affinität

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und externen Partnern
