Jobomschrijving

  • Je ontwikkelt en beheert de sociale mediakanalen en zorgt voor relevante, authentieke content.
  • Je schrijft aantrekkelijke teksten voor vacatures, campagnes, nieuwsberichten en interne communicatie.
  • Je creëert foto-, video- en andere visuele content op verschillende locaties en evenementen.
  • Je werkt employer branding campagnes uit om de zichtbaarheid van de organisatie als werkgever te versterken.
  • Je optimaliseert de content op de website en zorgt ervoor dat vacatures aantrekkelijk worden gepresenteerd.
  • Je ondersteunt de interne communicatie en stimuleert betrokkenheid binnen de organisatie.
  • Je werkt mee aan onboardingtrajecten zodat nieuwe medewerkers zich snel thuis voelen.
  • Je ondersteunt opleidingsinitiatieven en denkt mee na over verdere professionalisering van interne leertrajecten.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert evenementen, jobbeurzen, teambuildings en personeelsactiviteiten.
  • Je onderzoekt innovatieve toepassingen rond digitalisering en AI die processen efficiënter maken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en management om projecten succesvol te realiseren.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in communicatiemanagement, marketing of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Heeft een eerste relevante ervaring binnen communicatie, marketing, employer branding of HR.
  • Schrijft vlot en foutloos Nederlands.
  • Is creatief en sterk in storytelling, zowel schriftelijk als visueel.
  • Heeft affiniteit met social media, contentcreatie en digitale communicatie.
  • Werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Voelt zich comfortabel in contact met uiteenlopende doelgroepen binnen een organisatie.
  • Heeft interesse in innovatie, digitalisering en AI-toepassingen.
  • Ervaring met Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, fotografie of video is een sterke troef.
  • Combineert organisatorisch talent met een hands-on mentaliteit.
