Encargado/a de bar. FUNCIONES: - Organización y gestión de tres turnos rotativos de trabajo (mañana, tarde, noche). - Apertura y cierre del establecimiento. - Responsabilidad sobre la gestión de caja, arqueos y cierres, manejo de TPV y coordinación del personal. - Recepción de proveedores y control de la mercancía recibida. - Carga, descarga y manipulación manual de mercancías, incluidas cargas de peso elevado. - Realización y supervisión de tareas de limpieza en profundidad de cocina y aseos, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos en el sistema APPCC. - Gestión y resolución de incidencias y conflictos relacionados con el funcionamiento diario del establecimiento. REQUISITOS: - Experiencia demostrable mínima de 36 meses en puestos de dirección/gestión de establecimientos de hostelería o restauración. - Imprescindible acreditar funciones de control de inventarios y gestión de equipos. - Imprescindible titulación de Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en Dirección de Servicios de Restauración o Certificado de Profesionalidad de Nivel 3 de Dirección y Producción en Restauración. - Carnet de Manipulación de Alimentos. - Dominio fluido de inglés y francés comercial. Conocimientos operativos de italiano. - Permiso de conducir y vehículo propio. - Se valorarán estancias internacionales en el sector turístico. CONDICIONES LABORALES: - Contrato indefinido. - Incorporación inmediata. - Jornada completa. - Horario laboral: jornada partida, variable según cuadrante. - Salario: 1.484 euros brutos mensuales. - Otros incentivos: plus variable por objetivos.
