The posting

MISION

Asumir toda la responsabilidad de la obra: realización del objetivo, consultas y designación de las subcontrataciones, preparación de la obra y síntesis de los estudios de ejecución, coordinación y pilotaje de las obras.

FUNCIONES

• Estudiar, aportando ideas o ratificando, la planificación y programaciones de obra realizada por el Jefe de Obra. • Preparar, en tiempo y forma, los tajos de obra a ejecutar. • Transmite las órdenes del Jefe de Obra a las contratas • Solicitar los materiales necesarios, previo visto bueno del jefe de obra. • Sistema de Calidad y Medio Ambiente: documentación de las inspecciones realizadas y fallos detectados. • Recepción de materiales. • Comprobar los trabajos efectuados • Control de personal: cumplimentará el parte diario y entregara mensualmente las tablas de personal los días 30 de cada mes. • Replanteos de obra. • Todas aquellas funciones en materia Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo descritas en los Anexo I y Anexo VIII

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Control de las subcontratas • Comprobación de replanteos (incluso los subcontratados). • Apertura y cierre diario de la obra. • Correcta ejecución de los trabajos (que se ajusten al proyecto, al contrato y al Manual de Ejecución) • Velar por el buen uso de todos los materiales. • Distribuye los operarios por administración, previamente solicitados al jefe de obra. • Buen estado de Seguridad y limpieza de la obra.
