Die etn Energie- und Telecom Netze GmbH hat ihren Schwerpunkt auf die Planung und Montage von Energiekabeln und Leitungen für Unternehmen in der elektrischen Energieversorgung und Datenübertragung gelegt.

Wir realisieren Kabelprojekte in ganz Österreich, tragen so zur Erweiterung des Stromnetzes bei und schaffen damit eine Voraussetzung für das Voranschreiten der Integration erneuerbarer Energien.

Für unser neu erbautes und modernes Bürogebäude suchen wir mit Unterstützung des Service für Unternehmen des AMS Korneuburg ab sofort 1 engagierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Ausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden

die mit Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und einem freundlichen Auftreten dafür sorgen, dass sich Mitarbeiter:innen, Kund:innen und Gäste bei uns rundum wohlfühlen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Reinigung und laufende Pflege unseres Bürogebäudes in allen Bereichen sowie der dazugehörigen Nebengebäude und Außenbereiche

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einem gepflegten Gesamtbild im gesamten Haus

* Kontrolle und Nachfüllung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und Kaffeemaschinen

* Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Besprechungs- und Aufenthaltsräumen inklusive Bereitstellung von Getränken und Snacks

* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste sowie erste Ansprechperson im Haus

* Mitwirkung an einer angenehmen und einladenden Atmosphäre für Mitarbeiter:innen und Besucher:innen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Details

* Selbstständige, genaue und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Offenheit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ein Blick für das Wesentliche

* PC-Grundlagen-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Reinigungsbereich oder Empfang von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Ein eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Firmenstandorts von Vorteil (nächster Bahnhof ca. 2 km entfernt)

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit für die im Rahmen der Reinigungstätigkeit regelmäßig anfallenden Aufgaben (zB Stiegen steigen, keine Leitern)

* Ein marktkonformes Bruttogehalt entsprechend Ihrer Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung, mind. Euro 2.300,00 bei Vollzeit, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
