Dann bist du bei Mediashop by ONE Spot genau richtig. Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Team in Neunkirchen 2 engagierte Product Scouts (m/w/d) Sourcing & Testing mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten in Teilzeit/Vollzeit · ab sofort

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* High-Speed Scouting: Du spürst in hohem Takt neue Produktkandidaten aus deiner Themenwelt auf und hältst die Pipeline konstant unter Druck.

* Pragmatischer 80/20-Check: Du prüfst Kandidaten schnell und hands-on, machst einen mehrdimensionalen Kurz-Check (Kanal-, Persona-, Trend-Fit & Marge) und bereitest alles im immer gleichen Raster auf - statt dich in Perfektionismus zu verlieren.

* Schnittstellen-Übergabe: Du lieferst dem Produktmanagement entscheidungsreife Vorlagen inklusive Vorbereitung möglicher Verkaufstests.

* DRTV- & Wow-Moment-Gespür: Du erkennst sofort sichtbare Probleme, klare Lösungen und den ultimativen Vorführ-Effekt.

Das bringst du mit:

* Jäger-Temperament & Taktdisziplin: Du liebst die Dynamik des Sourcings, arbeitest zielstrebig und behältst auch bei hoher Schlagzahl den Überblick.

* Entscheidungsfreude: Ein pragmatischer Hands-on-Ansatz und die Fähigkeit, rasch und unkompliziert zu filtern, zeichnen dich aus.

* Netzwerk & Datenkompetenz: Fundiertes Know-how im Umgang mit Social-Listening-Tools, Plattform-Daten sowie ein starkes Sourcing-Netzwerk (Messen, Lieferanten inkl. Asien, Erfinder).

Option A: Product Scout - "Zu Hause besser leben"

Du brennst für die Haushalts-, Küchen-, Garden- und Alltagswelt? Mit deinem tiefen Branchen-Know-how und einem feinen Gespür für smarte Gadgets und Alltagshelfer erkennst du intuitiv, was das Leben unserer Kundinnen und Kunden spürbar leichter macht.

Option B: Product Scout - "Gesünder & fitter leben"

Du bist in der Fitness-, Wellness- und Longevity-Welt zu Hause und bringst fundierte Erfahrung mit regulatorisch sensiblen Konsumgütern mit? Mit deiner ausgeprägten Sorgfalt und einem feinen Gespür für trendstarke Produkte behältst du auch die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen stets sicher im Blick.

Das erwartet dich bei uns:
