Bij Zonneplan maak je hier je werk van. Als GenAI Engineer bouw je aan systemen zoals Kiki, onze AI-assistent die maandelijks 120.000 gesprekken voert. Je test de nieuwste modellen (LLM's, STT's, etc.) op echte klantgesprekken, bouwt je eigen agentprototypes en brengt geslaagde experimenten samen met het team naar productie. Ons Applied GenAI Team is een gedreven afdeling met een Silicon Valley-mentaliteit: als je een goed idee hebt, gaan we het gewoon doen. Van idee naar productie in dagen, niet maanden. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en werkt met de nieuwste generatieve AI-technologie. Jouw bijdrage aan Plan Zero - Technisch eigenaar van onze GenAI-oplossingen. Je neemt end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor agentic systemen. Dat betekent: uitwerken, bouwen, monitoren, optimaliseren én doorontwikkelen. Hierin word je ondersteund door een developmentafdeling van 45+ data scientists, ML-engineers en developers. - Ontwerp en bouw nieuwe AI-agents. Van agentic flow tot prompt engineering: jij denkt het proces uit en bepaalt hoe onze agents met klanten, collega's en systemen communiceren. Je bouwt eigen MCP's en koppelt die binnen ons eigen agentplatform: AgentOS. Je ontwerpt evals en verbetert op basis van echte cases en feedback, onder meer met LLM-as-judge-systemen. - Bouw aan de kennis en context die onze agents nodig hebben. Je zorgt dat agents de juiste informatie kunnen vinden en gebruiken. Daarvoor werken we onder andere met knowledge graphs (Neo4j) en vector databases. - Automatiseer taken en denk processen opnieuw uit. Met tools als n8n bouw je workflows die het werk van collega's makkelijker maken. Je analyseert processen, ziet kansen en vertaalt...
