The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in De Lier werk je als Engineer Besturingstechniek aan de besturing van logistieke installaties. Je ontwerpt, programmeert en test PLC- en HMI-software en vertaalt klantvereisten naar werkbare besturingsstructuren. Daarbij programmeer je in CODESYS en andere relevante ontwikkelomgevingen. Je kijkt verder dan de afzonderlijke softwarefunctie: ook de samenhang tussen machinebesturing, bediening en installatie moet bij oplevering kloppen. Je werk bestaat voor ongeveer 50% uit PLC- en automation engineering, 30% uit implementatie en inbedrijfstelling en 20% uit testen en support. Kleinere projecten pak je zelfstandig op; bij grotere trajecten werk je in projectteams van vier tot acht personen. Samen met elektrotechnici en systeemintegrators voer je integratietesten uit en neem je installaties in bedrijf. Door bestaande software te standaardiseren, storingen te analyseren en oplossingen te documenteren, verdiep je je kennis van herbruikbare besturingssoftware en betrouwbare systeemintegratie. Functie-inhoud - PLC- en HMI-software ontwerpen, programmeren en testen voor logistieke besturingsinstallaties - Klantvereisten vertalen naar gestructureerde PLC- en HMI-oplossingen - Programmeren in CODESYS en relevante ontwikkelomgevingen - Integratietesten uitvoeren en installaties samen met elektrotechnici en systeemintegrators in bedrijf nemen - Bestaande PLC-software bewaken, standaardiseren en optimaliseren - Projectteams ondersteunen bij technische vragen, testen en storingsanalyse - Technische documentatie verzorgen en besturingssoftware opleveren aan klanten Functie-eisen - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met het ontwerpen, programmeren en testen van PLC- en HMI-software - Praktische kennis van CODESYS en gestructureerde softwareontwikkeling - Inzicht in machinebesturingen, systeemintegratie en het inbedrijfstellen van installaties - Vermogen om kleinere projecten zelfstandi.
