Voor een gespecialiseerd bedrijf binnen regeltechniek en gebouwenautomatisatie zoeken we een Engineer Gebouwenautomatisatie, focus HVAC Systemen. Je staat in voor het programmeren, inbedrijfstellen en optimaliseren van gebouwbeheersystemen die HVAC-installaties en technische infrastructuren aansturen. Je werkt mee aan diverse en technisch uitdagende projecten binnen gebouwenautomatisatie, in samenwerking met toonaangevende contractors en gebouwbeheerders in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals publieke en commerciële gebouwen, industriële en logistieke omgevingen, zorgsector, hotels en kantoorvastgoed. Binnen deze context krijg je de kans om je verder te verdiepen in regeltechniek en gebouwautomatisatie in een praktische, projectmatige omgeving waar kwaliteit en technische precisie centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen? Als Engineer Gebouwenautomatisatie HVAC werk je binnen een multidisciplinair team aan uiteenlopende projecten in gebouwenautomatisatie met nationale en internationale scope. Je staat in voor het uitwerken, programmeren en inbedrijfstellen van HVAC- en gebouwbeheersystemen in complexe technische omgevingen.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Programmeren, parametreren en inbedrijfstellen van Building Management Systems.
  • Integratie van HVAC-installaties met elektriciteit, branddetectie, beveiliging en andere gebouwtechnieken.
  • Werken met communicatieprotocollen zoals BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus en MQTT.
  • Toepassen van regel- en automatisatieplatformen zoals Priva Blue ID, KNX ETS en Wago Codesys.
  • Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van grafische interfaces en dashboards voor gebouwvisualisatie en bediening.
  • Koppelingen met IP-netwerken, IoT-oplossingen en databases voor gebouwdata-integratie.
  • Realiseren van performante HVAC-automatisatie binnen digitale gebouwplatformen.
  • Werken op kantoor en op locatie bij klanten, afhankelijk van de projectfase.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid binnen alle technische werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor of master in Energietechnologie, Elektrotechniek of Elektromechanica, Meet- en regeltechniek, Klimatisering.
  • Je hebt reeds werkervaring binnen een HVAC-projectomgeving.
  • Ervaring in het programmeren en/of inbedrijfstellen van gebouwenautomatisatie is een sterke plus.
  • Kennis van industriële communicatieprotocollen en netwerken (BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, MQTT) is een plus.
  • Ervaring met integratie van IoT, gebouwsystemen en technische controlesystemen is een plus.
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen binnen technische projecten.
  • Flexibele en dynamische ingesteldheid met een KMO-mentaliteit.
  • Klantgerichte en professionele attitude.
  • Gezonde dosis humor en teamgerichte mindset.
  • Sterke leerbereidheid en motivatie om verder te groeien binnen verschillende technische domeinen.
