In deze rol ben je betrokken bij de volledige ontwerp- en studiefase van technische installaties voor gebouwen.

Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar doordachte HVAC- en sanitaire concepten en werkt mee aan projecten die uitblinken in kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en technische innovatie.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Concepten en ontwerpen ontwikkelen: Je vormt de technische basis van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Op basis van programma-eisen, klantenanalyses en technische vereisten werk je HVAC- en sanitaire installaties uit tot efficiënte en realiseerbare ontwerpen.
  • Technisch expert en adviseur Als onderdeel van het interne kenniscentrum ondersteun je zowel de tenderafdeling als uitvoeringsteams. Je beantwoordt technische vraagstukken en adviseert over ontwerpkeuzes en technische oplossingen.
  • Kwaliteit en optimalisatie Met een kritisch en analytisch oog evalueer je bestaande ontwerpen en zoek je voortdurend naar verbeteringen. Je controleert ontwerpen op kwaliteit en haalbaarheid én detecteert optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
  • Innovatie en kennisdeling Technologische ontwikkelingen binnen HVAC en sanitair volg je op de voet. Je onderzoekt nieuwe technieken en markttrends én introduceert innovatieve oplossingen en tools.
  • Samenwerking van ontwerp tot uitvoering Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams en haalt voldoening uit het succesvol realiseren van projecten. Van eerste concept tot uitvoering blijf je betrokken en denk je oplossingsgericht mee.

Je bent een technisch sterke ingenieur die graag meedenkt, initiatief neemt en complexe uitdagingen omzet in praktische oplossingen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Diploma ingenieur- architect, burgerlijk ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde, elektromechanica of werktuigkunde
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaarervaring binnen HVAC, sanitair, engineering, projectstudies of calculatie
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen van gebouwtechnieken.
