The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in Maasdijk dat zich richt op waterbehandeling ontwerp en programmeer je besturingen voor waterbehandelingsinstallaties. Je werkt met Omron PLC- en HMI-systemen en bent betrokken bij het hele traject: van besturingsontwerp en softwareontwikkeling tot testen, beheer en inbedrijfstelling. Het zwaartepunt ligt bij waterbehandeling, maar je pakt ook PLC-vraagstukken voor andere toepassingen op. Bij complexe projecten stel je de installatie zelf in bedrijf bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je met het projectteam en ondersteun je monteurs op afstand bij inbedrijfstellingen en storingen. Je onderzoekt terugkerende problemen, werkt structurele verbeteringen uit en houdt technische documentatie bruikbaar en actueel. Samen met collega's denk je na over nieuwe producten en toepassingen. Zo verdiep je je kennis van procesbesturing én de praktische werking van waterbehandelingsinstallaties. Wat ga je doen? - Omron PLC-besturingen en HMI-systemen ontwerpen, programmeren en beheren - Bestaande PLC-toepassingen testen, onderhouden en verbeteren - Terugkerende storingen analyseren, rapporteren en structureel oplossen - Met het projectteam meedenken over nieuwe producten en waterbehandelingstoepassingen - Technische documentatie opstellen en controleren - Monteurs op afstand ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstellingen en storingen - Complexe installaties in bedrijf stellen bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding en hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Je hebt ervaring als engineer industriële automatisering; waterbehandeling is een pré - Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van PLC-ontwerp, programmering en beheer - Je hebt ervaring met testen, inbedrijfstellen en onderhouden van PLC-toepassingen - Je communiceert helder met projectcollega's en monteurs - Je denkt proactief en creatief mee over technische verbeteringen en nieuwe toepassingen Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris t.
