The posting

Bij een industriële producent in Enkhuizen werk je aan het optimaliseren en uitbreiden van productieprocessen. Je combineert industriële automatisering met elektrotechniek en instrumentatie en beweegt je op het snijvlak van engineering en projectmanagement. Samen met collega-engineers integreer je bestaande en nieuwe PLC-besturingen en machines van verschillende leveranciers. Je vertaalt productiebehoeften naar technische oplossingen, van het moderniseren van een complete machinebesturing tot het aanpassen van bestaande productielijnen. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je met Siemens S7, Eplan, aandrijftechniek en meet- en regeltechniek. Je stelt specificaties op, bewaakt engineeringstandaarden en stemt met onderaannemers af over uitvoering en kwaliteit. Als technisch aanspreekpunt help je collega's om keuzes te onderbouwen en tot een gezamenlijke aanpak te komen. Daarbij verdiep je je verder in machineveiligheid, MES-koppelingen en de samenhang tussen hardware, besturing en productieprocessen. Functie-inhoud - Engineeren van automatiseringsoplossingen voor bestaande en nieuwe productieprocessen - Moderniseren en integreren van PLC-besturingen en machines van verschillende leveranciers - Vertalen van businesscases naar technische specificaties en uitvoerbare projectplannen - Bewaken van engineeringstandaarden en CE-veiligheidseisen voor machines - Afstemmen met onderaannemers en toetsen van de geleverde technische kwaliteit - Ondersteunen van collega-engineers als vraagbaak voor besturingstechniek en E&I - Opstellen en bijhouden van technische documentatie Functie-eisen - Hbo- of wo-diploma elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met projectrealisatie in een productieomgeving en ervaring met projectmanagement - Bewezen kennis van PLC's, aandrijftechniek en meet- en regeltechniek; ervaring met Siemens S7, Eplan en MES-systemen - Uitgebreide kennis van CE-veiligheidseisen en machinerichtlijnen - Affiniteit met hardwaretoepassingen..
