Bij een producent van veevoeder in Ermelo werk je aan de automatisering en procesoptimalisatie van twee fabrieken. Als Engineer Industriële Automatisering vertaal je kennis van PLC-besturingen en bovenliggende systemen naar concrete verbeteringen in procesvoering en productkwaliteit. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de software: je onderzoekt hoe installaties, besturingen en productieprocessen elkaar beïnvloeden. Kleinere aanpassingen voer je zelf uit; voor omvangrijkere wijzigingen stem je de technische aanpak af met externe automatiseerders. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met het technische team, productie, R&D en je leidinggevende. Je benut de proceskennis van collega’s om verbetervoorstellen uit te werken en ondersteunt de technische dienst bij complexe storingen. Daarbij schakel je tussen analyse, uitvoering en afstemming op verschillende werklocaties. Je verdiept je vakinhoudelijk in de samenhang tussen PLC-software, bovenliggende systemen en het gedrag van de productie-installaties. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer de productieprocessen van twee veevoederfabrieken en werk automatiseringsverbeteringen uit - Vertaal proceskennis van collega’s naar verbeteringen in procesvoering en productkwaliteit - Voer aanpassingen aan PLC-besturingen en bovenliggende systemen uit - Stem omvangrijkere wijzigingen technisch af met externe automatiseerders - Ondersteun de technische dienst bij het analyseren en oplossen van complexe storingen - Overleg met productie, R&D en je leidinggevende over prioriteiten en uitvoering Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Twee tot vier jaar relevante werkervaring in industriële automatisering - Kennis van PLC-software en bovenliggende besturingssystemen - Je werkt zelfstandig en zoekt actief de samenwerking met technische en productiecollega’s - Je communiceert helder, denkt servicegericht en neemt initiatief bij verbeteringen - Je stelt je flexibel op bij werkzaamheden op verschillende werklocaties Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen.
