Bij een kleinschalige technische organisatie in Steenderen combineer je industriële automatisering met R&D. Je richt je op het ontwikkelen, testen en verbeteren van besturingstechnische oplossingen, met aandacht voor betrouwbare werking en praktische toepasbaarheid. In deze fulltime functie werk je in dagdienst en krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. De werkomgeving is schoon, modern en goed uitgerust, zodat je ideeën kunt uitwerken en technische vraagstukken zorgvuldig kunt onderzoeken. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je functionele wensen naar een technische aanpak, toets je oplossingen en bespreek je verbeteringen met je collega’s. Je werkt binnen een hecht, informeel team waarin eigen initiatief en creativiteit worden gewaardeerd. Daarbij is er ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in besturingstechniek, systematisch testen en het samenspel tussen software, elektrotechniek en machinefunctionaliteit. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar besturingstechnische oplossingen - Besturingssoftware ontwikkelen, testen en verbeteren - Sensoren, actuatoren en bedieningsfuncties afstemmen op de gewenste werking - Proeven uitvoeren en testresultaten gebruiken om ontwerpen te verbeteren - Storingen analyseren en technische oorzaken systematisch onderzoeken - Technische keuzes en wijzigingen documenteren en bespreken met collega’s Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Kennis van PLC-programmering en de opbouw van industriële besturingen - Inzicht in de samenwerking tussen software, sensoren en actuatoren - Een gestructureerde aanpak bij testen, foutzoeken en documenteren - Zelfstandigheid en initiatief bij het uitwerken van technische ideeën - Heldere communicatie en bereidheid om kennis met collega’s te delen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Fulltime werken in dagdienst - Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je we.
