The posting

Bij een producent van koffiecapsules in Rotterdam werk je aan het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van nieuwe en bestaande machines. Het productieproces draait om PLC-gestuurde vul- en verpakkingsmachines, waarbij betrouwbaarheid, productkwaliteit en machineveiligheid nauw samenhangen. Je vertaalt technische verbetermogelijkheden naar een projectplan met oplossingsrichtingen en een realistische doorlooptijd. Daarbij stem je af met de betrokken afdelingen en werk je aan engineeringprojecten voor twee fabrieken in Rotterdam. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je hoe machines beter kunnen presteren en welke elektrotechnische of mechatronische aanpassingen daarvoor nodig zijn. Je werkt samen met collega’s van de Technische Dienst en andere betrokken afdelingen om verbeteringen uitvoerbaar te maken. Je brengt eigen ideeën in, bespreekt technische keuzes en houdt rekening met de continuïteit van de productie. Er is ruimte voor opleiding en persoonlijke groei, zodat je je verder kunt ontwikkelen in machineoptimalisatie en industriële automatisering. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van nieuwe en bestaande productiemachines - Analyseren van verbetermogelijkheden bij PLC-gestuurde vul- en verpakkingsmachines - Opstellen van projectplannen met oplossingsrichtingen en geschatte doorlooptijden - Afstemmen van technische aanpassingen met de Technische Dienst en betrokken afdelingen - Bewaken van voortgang, technische kwaliteit en uitvoerbaarheid van engineeringprojecten - Toepassen van actuele eisen rond materiaalgebruik, kwaliteit en machineveiligheid Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op MTS- of HTS-niveau in mechatronica, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ruime ervaring met moderne PLC-gestuurde vul- en verpakkingsmachines, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie - Ervaring met projectmatig werken en het coördineren van technische verbeteringen - Actuele kennis van wet- en regelgeving rond materialen, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Uitstekende.
