Bij een technische organisatie in Staphorst werk je aan industriële automatisering binnen een productieomgeving. Je ontwerpt, beheert en verbetert besturingssystemen die productieprocessen betrouwbaar laten draaien. Daarbij combineer je het programmeren en configureren van PLC-logica met het implementeren en testen van SCADA- en HMI-oplossingen. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de software, maar ook naar het gedrag van de installatie en de gevolgen van wijzigingen voor veiligheid, beschikbaarheid en energiegebruik. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je storingen, voer je preventief onderhoud uit en ondersteun je operators en technici op locatie. Binnen een multidisciplinair Operational Engineering-team vertaal je praktijkervaringen naar technische verbeteringen. Je test aanpassingen, legt wijzigingen vast en helpt smart-factoryconcepten te verbinden met bestaande systemen. Zo verdiep je je in procesbesturing, systeemintegratie en het structureel verbeteren van productie-installaties. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, programmeren en configureren van PLC- en besturingslogica - Implementeren en testen van SCADA- en HMI-oplossingen - Analyseren van storingen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud - Ondersteunen van operators en technici bij besturingsproblemen op locatie - Integreren van smart-factoryconcepten met bestaande automatiseringssystemen - Doorvoeren en documenteren van verbeteringen aan betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en veiligheid Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met het programmeren en configureren van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van SCADA, HMI en de koppeling met productie-installaties - Inzicht in storingsanalyse, industriële communicatie en preventief onderhoud - Zorgvuldige werkwijze bij testen, documenteren en veilig wijzigen van besturingen - Je overlegt helder met operators, technici en engineers uit verschillende disciplines Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indi.
