In een complexe en dynamische omgeving werk jij aan het ontwerp, de engineering en optimalisatie van ontruimingsalarminstallaties binnen toonaangevende gebouwen en faciliteiten. Als Engineer OAI ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch ontwerp en de uitwerking van ontruimingsalarminstallaties binnen projecten op Schiphol. Jij vertaalt wet- en regelgeving, klanteisen en projectdoelstellingen naar betrouwbare en veilige ontwerpen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs en zorgt ervoor dat installaties voldoen aan de hoogste eisen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit. Dit ga je doen: - Je ontwerpt en engineert ontruimingsalarminstallaties (OAI) binnen utilitaire projecten op Schiphol. - Je verifieert de ontwerpen van een leverancier. - Je stelt technische documenten op, zoals tekeningen, berekeningen, bestekken en Programma's van Eisen. - Je toetst ontwerpen aan geldende normen, richtlijnen en vergunningseisen. - Je stemt af met opdrachtgevers, stakeholders, leveranciers en interne collega's. - Je ondersteunt de uitvoering bij technische vraagstukken en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het ontwerp tijdens het project. Jouw team Je maakt deel uit van BAM Bouw en Techniek - Gebouwservices Schiphol. Wij verzorgen het beheer, onderhoud en projecten binnen cruciale Schiphol‑gebieden zoals Terminal 3, Schiphol Plaza, brandweerposten en parkeervoorzieningen.
