Een afwisselende functie waarin je techniek, inkoop en organisatie combineert. Het bedrijf is een compacte organisatie met een hecht team van ongeveer vijftien mensen. Iedereen kent elkaar, de lijnen zijn kort en de sfeer is nuchter. Er wordt hard gewerkt aan innovatieve producten, maar altijd met oog voor kwaliteit en plezier in het werk. De werkplaats is schoon en modern, en er is veel ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen in een markt met veel potentie. Dit ga je doen In deze rol van Engineer/Productontwikkelaar werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en realisatie van onze afdeksystemen. Je bent de schakel tussen ontwerp, productie en leveranciers. Je zorgt dat onze technische oplossingen niet alleen goed ontworpen, maar ook goed uitvoerbaar zijn. De volgende werkzaamheden vallen binnen jouw takenpakket: - Ontwikkelen van productinnovaties en productverbeteringen - Het vertalen van klantwensen naar tekeningen en technische oplossingen (2D/3D) - Inkopen van materialen en producten van toeleveranciers - Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en voortgang - Overleg met monteurs en meedenken over verbeteringen in ontwerp of uitvoering - Het ondersteunen van verkoop bij technische vragen van klanten Dit ben jij Je hebt een technisch hart en nieren.
