Als Engineering Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor drie nauw verbonden gebieden: onderhoud, technisch projectmanagement en de inkoop en beheer van technische onderdelen. Je zorgt voor een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte productieomgeving door de technische beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren, storingen te beperken en verbeteringen duurzaam te borgen. Je geeft leiding aan het hoofd Technische Dienst, twee Project Engineers en het hoofd Inkoop/Magazijn. Je coacht en ontwikkelt jouw team, stimuleert samenwerking tussen Engineering en Productie en combineert leidinggeven met een praktische, hands-on aanpak wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Samen met je afdeling zorg je dat het onderhoud wordt uitgevoerd, dat het projectportfolio wordt beheerd en de inkoop van technische onderdelen op rolletjes loopt. Daarbij ligt er de komende periode een interessante verbeteragenda. Denk aan het verder structureren van het dagelijkse onderhoudsproces en uitvoeren van storingsanalyses, versnellen van preventief onderhoud, verbeteren van technische documentatie, professionaliseren van projectmanagement, en ontwikkelen van een toekomstgerichte automatiseringsstrategie. Wat vragen wij? Je bent een technisch leider die overzicht houdt, prioriteiten stelt en mensen meeneemt in verandering. Je voelt je thuis in een praktische industriële omgeving en weet strategie te vertalen naar concrete plannen en zichtbare plannen.
