Deine zukünftige Rolle

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die technische Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Transformation anspruchsvoller UC- und Voice-Lösungen in komplexen Kundenumgebungen. * Verantwortung für Installation, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung kundenspezifischer UC- und Kommunikationslösungen im Alcatel-Lucent-Enterprise-Umfeld (OXE) * Übernahme der Konfiguration, Incident-Bearbeitung und des Problem Managements für komplexe Kommunikationsinfrastrukturen inkl. angebundener 3rd-Party-Produkte * Analyse von Störungen auf 3rd-Level-Niveau, Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs in SLA-kritischen Umgebungen * Planung und Umsetzung von Transition- und Transformation-Projekten, Migrationen sowie komplexen Lifecycle-Changes in bestehenden Kundenumgebungen * Routinierter Einsatz von Management- und Applikationstools, u. a. Contact Center (CCA, CCS), Vermittlung 4059EE, integrierte automatische Vermittlung, DECT sowie 8770 Management Server * Bearbeitung von Service-Requests über den Servicedesk und eigenständige remote Fehlerbehebung in Kundenumgebungen * Durchführung von Einsätzen zur Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration, Fertigstellung und Einschulung beim Kunden, wenn remote nicht ausreichend ist * Aktiver Know-how-Transfer im Team, fachliche Unterstützung von Kolleg:innen und Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung technischer Services

Du bietest Für diese Position bringst du fundierte Erfahrung in UC-/Voice-Umgebungen mit und fühlst dich in anspruchsvollen Service-Provider-Setups ebenso wohl wie in Projekt- und Migrationsarbeit.

Folgendes setzen wir voraus:

* Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung mit Unified-Communications- und Voice-Lösungen im Alcatel-Lucent-Enterprise-Umfeld (OXE) * Vorhandene ACSE-Zertifizierung sowie Erfahrung, Migrationsprojekte eigenständig umzusetzen * Detaillierte Fachkenntnisse im UC-Portfolio sowie tiefe Praxis mit Alcatel-Tools und -Systemen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Contact-Center-Komponenten (CCA, CCS), Vermittlung 4059EE, integrierter automatischer Vermittlung, DECT und 8770 Management Server * Routine in Incident- und Problem-Management sowie Troubleshooting auf 3rd-Level-Niveau * Lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung * gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) * Führerschein B sowie Flexibilität für turnusmäßige Bereitschaftsdienste (30 Tage im Jahr)

Das Besondere an dieser Position * Breites Aufgabenspektrum aus Betrieb, 3rd-Level-Support, Troubleshooting, Transformation und Inbetriebnahmen beim Kunden * Know-how-Transfer als fixer Bestandteil der Rolle: du unterstützt Kolleg:innen fachlich und gestaltest technische Services aktiv mit * Kombination aus remote Tätigkeiten und gezielten Vor-Ort-Einsätzen für Inbetriebnahme, Fertigstellung und Einschulung

Gehaltsspanne

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung zwischen 5.358 € und 6.600 € brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). https://www.epunkt.com/brutto-netto-rechner/
