Voor het Financieel Service Centrum (FSC) zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en leergierige medewerker Verificatie en Betaalbaarstelling. Je kunt goed omgaan met debit en credit facturatie. - Minimaal MBO 3-4 werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur Financieel-economisch zoals MBA of PDB); - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring met financiën - Aantoonbare werkervaring in SAP; - Competenties: stressbestendig, sterk in samenwerken en een groot leervermogen. wat ga je doen Het doel van de afdeling FSC is het uitvoeren van het gehele betaalproces van Defensie. Binnen het Financieel Service Centrum vindt de verwerking, verificatie en betaalbaarstelling plaats van alle facturen (inclusief creditnota's. Een deel van de facturen zal elektronisch aangeleverd worden. Het deel dat via de post binnenkomt moet worden gescand. Ook het verstrekken, beheren en verantwoorden van voorschotten vindt volledig plaats binnen het Financieel Service Centrum. - Het verifiëren van facturen en verrekenen van creditnota's - Voert het beheer over financiële administratie(s) en/of levert administratieve ondersteunende werkzaamheden - Voert functioneel beheer uit en/of ondersteunt gebruikers, d...
