Wir setzen Impulse - seit 1983 entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Leonhard Lang Medizinprodukte, wie Elektrodensysteme und Zubehör für EKG, Elektrochirurgie, Defibrillation, Stimulation sowie Gele und Fixierungen. Weltweit werden diese Produkte in Spitälern, bei Ärzt:innen und in gesundheitlichen Notfallsituationen eingesetzt. Als Teil unseres Teams trägst auch du zur Gesundheit und Heilung von Patient:innen bei. 1 Entwicklungstechniker:in mit Schwerpunkt innovative Kabelsysteme Deine Aufgaben

* Als Entwicklungstechniker:in mit Schwerpunkt innovative Kabelsysteme bist du Teil unseres Entwicklungsteams bei Leonhard Lang und übernimmst folgende Aufgaben:

* Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten - von der Konzepterstellung über die Prototypenphase und Serienkonstruktion bis hin zur Fertigungsüberleitung - in interdisziplinären Projektteams

* Dein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf innovativen Kabelsystemen, deren Auslegung für unterschiedliche Elektrodengruppen, deren Befestigung und Konnektierung sowie der damit erreichten Signalqualität und Potenzialleitung. Diese Tätigkeiten umfassen klassische Machbarkeitsnachweise, den Bau verschiedener Prototypen, die Identifizierung geeigneter und wirtschaftlicher Herstellungsprozesse, die Produktverifizierung und -validierung bis hin zur Übergabe an die Serienfertigung

* Durchführung von Risikoanalysen sowie Erarbeitung von Produktspezifikationen

* Selbstständige Durchführung und Protokollierung von Tests gemäß geltenden Normen und regulatorischen Anforderungen zur Produktqualifizierung

* Produktbetreuung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus inkl. Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen nach Abschluss der initialen Produktentwicklung

* Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten zur Abstimmung technischer Details

* Fachliche Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen wie Forschung, Prozessmanagement und Produktion

* Literatur- und Patentrecherchen

Was du mitbringst

* Persönliches Engagement, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamgeist

* Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gewissenhaftigkeit in der täglichen technischen Dokumentation

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Eine technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung, HTL, Universität oder Hochschule (z. B. in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Physik mit praxisnaher Spezialisierung, o.Ä.)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Medizin- bzw. Elektrotechnik sowie Erfahrung im Rettungs- bzw. Krankenhausdienst sind von Vorteil

Ein Mindestgehalt von 3.449,08 € brutto pro Monat. Abhängig von deiner Berufserfahrung und deinen Kenntnissen besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung des kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalts.
