De energietransitie vraagt om nieuwe kennis, nieuwe vaardigheden en nieuwe manieren van werken. Tegelijkertijd neemt het belang van vakbekwaamheid, inzetbaarheid en kennisbehoud toe. Om ook in de toekomst veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt te kunnen werken, moet duidelijk zijn wat medewerkers nodig hebben om hun functie goed uit te voeren én hoe zij zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen. Binnen Zakelijk Complex (ZC) werken honderden specialisten dagelijks aan de aanleg, het beheer en het onderhoud van onze hoogspanningsinfrastructuur. Dat vraagt om heldere verwachtingen, uniforme functie-eisen en inzicht in welke expertise, competenties, vaardigheden en bevoegdheden nodig zijn om het werk vandaag én morgen succesvol uit te voeren. Binnen dit project richten we het skillmanagementsysteem AG5 beter en uniformer in. AG5 helpt ons vastleggen welke expertises, gedragscompetenties, opleidingseisen, aanwijzingen en relevante werkinstructies bij functies horen. Daarmee bouwen we aan een steviger fundament voor vakbekwaamheid, inzetbaarheid, loopbaanontwikkeling en toekomstige capabilityontwikkeling binnen ZC. Als Epic Owner Functiefit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en implementatie van het project Functiefit binnen Zakelijk Complex. Daarbij is AG5, ons skillmanagementsysteem, een belangrijk middel. Je zorgt ervoor dat per functie op een uniforme manier wordt vastgelegd welke expertises, gedragscompetenties, opleidingseisen, aanwijzingen en periodieke technische handelingen daarbij horen. Je stelt dus geen functies of functie-eisen opnieuw vast, maar helpt de bestaande praktijk eenduidig, bruikbaar en toekomstbestendig vast te leggen. De kern van je opdracht is dus niet alleen het verbeteren van AG5. Je helpt ZC vooral om binnen Functiefit één gezamenlijke taal en werkwijze te ontwikkelen rondom expertises en competenties.
