Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir dich 1 Erfahrene CNC Dreher / CNC Fräser Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Metalltechnik und idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung? Ist dir der Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen vertraut und du hast Erfahrung in der externen Programmierung von Maschinen? Du kannst selbständig bereits programmierte Aufträge rüsten, einfahren und qualitativ einwandfrei erledigen?

Deine Hauptaufgaben

* Programmierung, Einrichtung und Bedienung von mehrachsigen CNC Maschinen. Steuerung: Heidenhain & Siemens

* Überwachung der Produktion, um sicherzustellen, dass die Qualität und Genauigkeit der Teile den Standards entsprechen

* Messtätigkeiten laut Anforderungen des Kunden oder laut QP

* Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen sofern diese der Qualifikation entsprechen

* Vorbereitung und Einrichtung der Maschinen und Anlagen für die Bearbeitung

* Verantwortlich für die Durchführung einer geordneten Schichtübergabe

* Identifikation und Behebung von Fehlern und Abweichungen in den Bearbeitungsprozessen

* Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen, Abweichungen und Ergebnissen

* Ein-/Ausstempeln der Aufträge

* Sauberkeit und Reinigung des Arbeitsplatzes und der Werkzeuge

* Optimieren des Zerspanungsprozesse

* Einhaltung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Sicherheitsvorschriften und betrieblichen Verfahren
