Over de functie Als ergotherapeut bij Salem behandel en adviseer je in de verpleeghuiszorg en eerste lijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de behoeften en mogelijkheden van de cliënt, het opstellen van een behandelplan en bieden van therapeutische interventies om de zelfstandigheid en het welzijn van de cliënt te vergroten. Je werkt actief en nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team van o.a. specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, psychologen, diëtisten, logopedisten, fysiotherapeuten, bewegingsagogen en verpleegkundigen. Je komt in een flexibel, enthousiast team van 9 ergotherapeuten waar we oog hebben voor elkaar. De vacature staat open voor zowel ervaren als startende ergotherapeuten. Het takenpakket is variërend. Regelmatig terugkerende thema's zijn: zithoudingen en lighoudingen, ADL/PDL, onbegrepen gedrag, woningaanpassingen, inzet van hulpmiddelen, decubitus en valpreventie. Verder profileer je het vak ergotherapie binnen het werkveld. We werken samen aan goede zorg en investeren in de kwaliteit van onze zorg en dienstverlening. We gaan graag met jou in gesprek over jouw wensen en mogelijkheden. Wat wij vragen - Je bent (binnenkort) hbo-afgestudeerd. - Je hebt affiniteit met de geriatrie, je bent flexibel en je hebt goede sociale vaardigheden. - Je bent geregistreerd in het kwaliteitsregister ergotherapie. - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs. - Je hebt een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag bij indiensttreding.
