The posting

Je begint op de servicedesk en leert daar het uitgebreide ERP-pakket en de klanten kennen. Zodra je de basis beheerst, kijk je mee met een ervaren consultant. Daarna neem je steeds meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je werkt met verschillende klanten in uiteenlopende fases.

• Je leert de ERP-software grondig kennen via een praktisch inwerktraject op de servicedesk. • Je loopt mee met ervaren consultants en neemt geleidelijk eigen klanten over. • Je implementeert het ERP-pakket bij klanten door heel Nederland. • Je inventariseert klantwensen en vertaalt die naar processen binnen de software. • Je geeft trainingen aan gebruikers, op kantoor of bij de klant op locatie. • Je begeleidt klanten na systeemupdates bij het gebruik van nieuwe functionaliteiten. • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de servicedesk en softwareontwikkeling. • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het softwarepakket.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent iemand die pas tevreden is als de klant écht verder kan. Je vertaalt ingewikkelde software naar een taal die iedereen begrijpt. Door je open houding en duidelijke uitleg voelen klanten zich snel bij je op hun gemak. Je wilt weten hoe systemen en processen werken, en je ziet kansen om ze te verbeteren. Elke dag een andere klant, een andere vraag en een andere plek in Nederland? Dat is precies wat jou scherp houdt.

• Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding. • Affiniteit met ERP-software en bedrijfsprocessen. • Plezier in het geven van trainingen en het uitleggen van software aan gebruikers. • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. • Rijbewijs B en de bereidheid om te reizen. • Ervaring met ERP-implementaties of werk op een servicedesk (pré). • Kennis van processen in de bouw, infra of installatietechniek (pré).
