Wir sind ein IT-Dienstleister mit klarem Branchenfokus: Wir digitalisieren Unternehmen in der Einrichtungsbranche, von der Tischlerei bis zum Möbelhandel, durchgängig und praxisnah. Unser Team in Linz ist klein, eingespielt und wächst gezielt.

Jetzt starten wir unseren ERP-Bereich und suchen jemanden, der von Anfang an dabei ist.

Was dich erwartet

Du steigst nicht in ein fertiges System ein. Du baust mit uns eines auf.

In den ersten Monaten lernst du, wie wir denken, wie unsere Branche tickt und was unsere Kunden wirklich brauchen. Gleichzeitig startest du direkt mit dem Aufbau unserer ERP-Struktur und entwickelst erste eigene Module. Ein erfahrener Programmierer im Team begleitet dich dabei, du bist nicht allein.

Langfristig ist die Stelle als echte Partnerrolle gedacht: Mit der Perspektive auf eine Führungsrolle als Teamlead oder CTO sowie aktiver Mitsprache bei allen Technologieentscheidungen wächst du bei uns weit über eine klassische Entwicklerrolle hinaus. 1 ERP-Developer Python (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

* Aufbau unserer ERP-Systemstruktur von Grund auf

* Entwicklung und Anpassung von ERP-Modulen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und einem erfahrenen Entwickler im Team

* Schrittweise Übernahme von technischer Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringst, entscheidet nicht dein Abschluss, sondern was du draus gemacht hast.

Das ist uns wichtig:

* Solide Kenntnisse in Python oder einer vergleichbaren Sprache

* Technisches Verständnis für Systemarchitektur und Datenstrukturen

* Interesse an ERP-Systemen und betrieblichen Abläufen

* Eigeninitiative, Mitdenken und echter Wille zur Weiterentwicklung

Ideal, aber kein Muss:

* Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, gerne auch ERP-Umfeld

* Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar

* Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen, GitHub oder PostgreSQL

Rahmenbedingungen

* Standort: Linz, hybrid (Büro & Remote)

* Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche

* Einstieg: so bald wie möglich, nach Absprache

* Gehalt: ab €2.800 brutto/Monat (Student/Junior), ab €3.500 brutto/Monat (mit Berufserfahrung), ab €4.500 brutto/Monat (Senior) - je nach Qualifikation und Einsatz
