  • Je voert telefonisch enquêtes uit binnen verschillende projecten en voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers.
  • Afhankelijk van het project neem je langere, diepgaandere interviews af of werk je met korte en gerichte vragenlijsten.
  • Je stelt vragen op een duidelijke manier, luistert actief en creëert een aangename sfeer tijdens het gesprek.
  • Je verwerkt de antwoorden en verzamelde gegevens zorgvuldig in het voorziene systeem.
  • Je organiseert je gesprekken en houdt rekening met de richtlijnen en planning van het project.
  • Je stemt je communicatiestijl af op de persoon die je aan de lijn hebt en op het onderwerp van de bevraging.
  • Je behandelt informatie die je tijdens gesprekken ontvangt op een discrete en vertrouwelijke manier.
  • Je kunt vlot wisselen tussen verschillende projecten, doelgroepen en werkwijzen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt voor vragen of ondersteuning steeds terugvallen op collega's en begeleiding.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het telefonisch afnemen van enquêtes. Dit is noodzakelijk voor de functie.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands of Frans.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet op een natuurlijke manier een gesprek te voeren.
  • Je bent empathisch en kunt je vlot aanpassen aan verschillende gesprekspartners.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct wordt geregistreerd.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen gesprekken en resultaten.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig en discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent flexibel en schakelt zonder problemen tussen verschillende projecten en opdrachten.
  • Je blijft klantgericht en professioneel, ook tijdens langere of meer inhoudelijke gesprekken.
