The posting

Een installatie plaatsen is één ding. Zorgen dat alles technisch én netjes klopt dat noemen we… vakmanschap.

En precies dat vakmanschap zoeken we bij WG Renovaties in Sint-Amands.

We zijn dringend op zoek naar een ervaren HVAC- en aircotechnieker die zelfstandig aan de slag kan binnen onze renovatieprojecten.

Iemand die weet wat hij doet, technisch kan meedenken en niet snel uit zijn lood geslagen is wanneer een renovatiewerf voor een onverwachte uitdaging zorgt.

Jij kent de techniek

Binnen onze projecten word jij het aanspreekpunt voor airco en HVAC.

Je staat in voor het plaatsen en aansluiten van installaties, zorgt voor een correcte ingebruikname en voert waar nodig onderhoud en herstellingen uit.

Je denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en houdt daarbij rekening met de volledige renovatie.

Want een technische installatie moet niet alleen werken.

Ze moet ook mooi geïntegreerd worden in het geheel.

Daarvoor overleg je regelmatig met je collega’s en stem je de verschillende werken op elkaar af.

Renovatie vraagt flexibiliteit

Bij WG werken verschillende vakmensen samen op dezelfde projecten.

Je hebt dus je eigen specialiteit maar zit niet vast in dat hokje.

Wanneer er andere voorbereidende of algemene renovatiewerken moeten gebeuren, help je mee waar nodig.

Niet omdat we van jou verwachten dat je élke stiel beheerst, wel omdat we zoeken naar iemand met de mentaliteit van: we krijgen deze werf samen klaar.

Wat moet je meebrengen?

In de eerste plaats voldoende relevante ervaring om zelfstandig te kunnen werken.

Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft met airco- en HVAC-installaties;
  • technisch sterk en oplossingsgericht is;
  • nauwkeurig en veilig werkt;
  • verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn installaties;
  • correct en stipt is;
  • flexibel is naar andere renovatiewerken;
  • vlot samenwerkt met andere vakmensen;
  • voldoende Nederlands spreekt om goed met het team te communiceren;
  • een rijbewijs B heeft.

Beschik je over relevante attesten of certificaten binnen HVAC, koeltechniek of airconditioning? Dan horen we dat uiteraard graag.
