Q Jobs is een toonaangevend werving- en selectiebureau dat gespecialiseerd is in het koppelen van talent aan de beste kansen.Om onze teams uit te breiden en te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren tweetalige Sales Consultant (NL/FR) in Anderlecht.Belangrijk: Je hebt ten minste 2,5 jaar ervaring als commerciële HR-consultant in de uitzendsector, inclusief prospectie en commerciële ontwikkeling.

Jobomschrijving

Bijdragen aan de omzetgroei van het kantoor en aan de toename van het aantal FTE’s door KPI-gericht te werken.Actief nieuwe zakelijke kansen en potentiële klanten identificeren via veelvuldige prospectietelefoons en bedrijfsbezoeken.Het volledige wervingsproces beheren: vacatures opstellen, sollicitaties opvolgen, sollicitatiegesprekken organiseren.Duurzame relaties met klanten opbouwen en onderhouden door hun behoeften te begrijpen en hen de beste profielen voor te stellen.Verbeterpunten in interne processen en procedures signaleren.Het team coördineren en coachen om de wervingsdoelstellingen te behalen en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen (bij afwezigheid van de Business Manager).Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van Q Jobs door de klantenportefeuille uit te breiden en ons imago en onze reputatie te versterken.

Je woont in de omgeving van Brussel.Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans perfect (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).Je kunt aantonen dat u ten minste 2,5 jaar ervaring hebt als HR-consultant in de uitzendsector, inclusief prospectie en commerciële ontwikkeling.Je bent zeer resultaatgericht en behaalt graag de KPI’s.Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en toont proactiviteit.Je begrijpt de specifieke vereisten van de bouw, de logistiek en de industrie (blue collar) door en door.Je bent een echte teamspeler en hecht veel belang aan de samenwerking tussen collega’s.Je bent vertrouwd met de sociale wetgeving van de uitzendsector (Federgon) of bent bereid je kennis hierover te verdiepen en bij te werken.
