The posting

Je komt terecht in een gevestigd familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in renovatie en interieurafwerking. Met een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers worden uiteenlopende bouw- en renovatieprojecten gerealiseerd, van badkamers en keukens tot complete interieurvernieuwingen.

Je maakt deel uit van een team van 16 vakmensen dat dagelijks samen op de baan gaat. Vanuit het magazijn in de regio Damme vertrek je naar de verschillende werven.

De organisatie combineert jarenlange ervaring met aandacht voor nieuwe materialen, technieken en verfijnde afwerking. Je werkt samen met collega's die hun vak kennen en kunt rekenen op professionele ondersteuning van de werfleiders.

Jobomschrijving

Je maakt deel uit van een team van renovatiespecialisten en staat in voor de plaatsing van vloer- en wandbetegeling bij uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten.

  • Vloer- en wandbetegeling plaatsen met oog voor een hoogwaardige afwerking
  • Werken met grote keramische tegels van 90 tot 120 cm en grootformaatplaten
  • Ondergronden correct voorbereiden en de plaatsing technisch nauwkeurig uitvoeren
  • Tegels op maat verwerken en zorgen voor strakke voegen en aansluitingen
  • Complexere plaatsingen en verfijnde afwerkingen zelfstandig uitvoeren
  • De kwaliteit van je werk bewaken, van voorbereiding tot oplevering
  • Samenwerken met andere vakmensen om elk renovatieproject tot een verzorgd geheel af te werken
  • Nieuwe materialen en technieken toepassen na interne opleidingen

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werk en weet hoe belangrijk jouw afwerking is voor het totaalresultaat.

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring als vloerder en kan volledig zelfstandig werken
  • Je beheerst de technieken van vloer- en wandbetegeling
  • Je hebt ervaring met grote keramische tegels en grootformaatplaten, of beschikt over de technische kennis om hiermee aan de slag te gaan
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor maatvoering, details en afwerking
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk
  • Je kan vlot samenwerken met andere vakmensen
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of communiceert voldoende vlot in het Engels
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
