Wil jij jouw ervaringsdeskundigheid inzetten voor het herstel van cliënten en de ontwikkeling van ons team? Bij Klinisch Herstel Oegstgeest vinden we het belangrijk dat cliënten een stem hebben in hun eigen herstel. Ervaringsdeskundigheid zien wij daarbij als een belangrijk middel om die stem te helpen ontwikkelen. Daarom zoeken we een ervaringswerker die vanuit eigen ervaring en deskundigheid naast cliënten staat en samen met collega's werkt aan herstelgerichte zorg. Als ervaringswerker heb je direct contact met cliënten. Je voert individuele gesprekken, ondersteunt cliënten bij hun herstel en helpt hen om hun eigen wensen, mogelijkheden en doelen te ontdekken en behalen. Vanuit jouw eigen ervaring bied je herkenning, perspectief en hoop. Waar passend begeleid je ook herstelgerichte groepen of activiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met het behandel- en begeleidingsteam en brengt het perspectief van cliënten actief in. Zo help je mee om de stem van cliënten een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel te laten zijn van onze dagelijkse zorg. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ART en herstelgericht werken binnen de afdeling. Je denkt mee met collega's, brengt jouw ervaringsdeskundige blik in en signaleert waar we onze zorg nog beter kunnen laten aansluiten bij wat cliënten nodig hebben. Wie ben jij? Wij zijn nadrukkelijk op zoek naar iemand met eigen ervaring met psychiatrische problematiek, die deze ervaring op een professionele manier wil inzetten om anderen te ondersteunen in hun herstelproces..
