Gemeinsam Familien stärken - wir suchen dich für die 1 Erziehungs- und Alltagshilfe für unser mobiles Team in Amstetten (ca. 15 Wochenstunden; vorwiegend nachmittags)

Die Soziale Initiative gGmbH setzt sich im Auftrag der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie des Sozialministeriumsservice mit Zuversicht, Tatkraft und positiver Ausrichtung dafür ein, unsere vielfältigen Arbeitsfelder positiv zu gestalten - getragen von gelebter Vielfalt und Chancengleichheit.

Gestalte mit - deine Mission bei uns:

* Aufbau einer verlässlichen Arbeitsbeziehung sowie Begleitung und Entlastung von Familien in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen und Krisen

* Anleitung bei praktischen Alltagsaufgaben, Strukturierung des Tagesablaufs sowie Förderung elterlicher Kompetenzen und Selbstständigkeit

* Unterstützung der kindlichen Entwicklung, Stärkung von Sprach- und Sozialkompetenz

* Aktivierung zur sinnvollen Freizeitgestaltung (z.B. Basteln, Musizieren, Spielen, Sport, etc.)

* Hilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Festen und Feiern im Jahresverlauf

* Fallbezogene Zusammenarbeit mit sozialpädagogischen Fachkräften

* Aktive Mitwirkung im multiprofessionellen Austausch sowie Teilnahme an Besprechungsstrukturen

* Kontinuierliche Teilnahme an Fortbildungen zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation (z. B. Erstellung von Verlaufsberichten)

Für dein Engagement bieten wir eine faire Vergütung nach SWÖ-KV Verw. Gr. 6 (mind. € 2.867,20 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden) zzgl. Zulagen und Sozialleistungen.
