Bij lokaal bestuur Schoten maak je mee het verschil voor inwoners, verenigingen en bezoekers. Van grote gemeentelijke evenementen tot de ondersteuning van lokale organisatoren: jij zorgt ervoor dat ideeën uitgroeien tot succesvolle evenementen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als evenementencoördinator ben je de spil tussen beleid, organisatie en uitvoering, je:

  • coördineert gemeentelijke evenementen van voorbereiding tot evaluatie
  • ondersteunt verenigingen en andere organisatoren bij hun evenementen
  • werkt project- en draaiboeken uit en bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit
  • stemt af met interne diensten, hulpdiensten en externe partners
  • denkt mee na over het evenementenbeleid van de gemeente
  • beheert en coördineert de lokale werking van UiTPAS
  • signaleert verbeterkansen en helpt processen efficiënter maken

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een organisator die overzicht bewaart, ook wanneer verschillende projecten tegelijk lopen.

Daarnaast:

  • werk je graag samen met diverse partners
  • denk je oplossingsgericht en neem je initiatief
  • kan je plannen, coördineren en prioriteiten stellen
  • communiceer je vlot en professioneel
  • heb je interesse in evenementen, dienstverlening en lokaal beleid

Een bachelordiploma en enkele jaren ervaring met grotere evenementen of projectwerking zijn een vereiste.
