The posting

As an evening shift operator, you are the key player in the production process. You work full-time in the evening shift and ensure that all injection molding machines run smoothly. You'll receive clear digital work instructions and support with starting up, adjusting, and maintaining the machines. This is a great opportunity to develop yourself: there are plenty of growth opportunities and you can take training courses. This position is for the long term, so you can really build your future here.

You start your working day by checking your workspace and the machines. Then you get started operating the injection molding machines, carrying out production work, inspections, and packaging tasks. You keep a close eye on the process, perform quality checks, and make sure everything runs neatly and safely. Teamwork is important: together you and your colleagues make sure everything runs smoothly in the evening shift.
