Jouw podium Welkom bij Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam: een internationaal viersterrenhotel met 440 kamers, 15 moderne meeting- en eventruimtes en een breed aanbod aan F&B-faciliteiten. Onze locatie naast het Amsterdamse Bos en vlak bij Schiphol maakt ons een favoriete plek voor zakelijke én internationale gasten. Van vergaderingen en congressen tot recepties, diners en feestelijke events: bij ons gebeurt er iedere dag iets. En jij zit daar middenin. Als Event Coördinator ben jij de verbindende factor tussen onze gasten, Sales, Booking Office, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping en Operations. Jij zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en dat de gast daar zo min mogelijk van merkt. Want voor de gast moet het vanzelfsprekend voelen. Dit ga je doen Vanaf het eerste telefoontje of de eerste aanvraag tot het moment dat de laatste factuur de deur uitgaat, ben jij betrokken. Jouw dag is nooit hetzelfde . Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het verkopen en coördineren van vergaderingen, recepties, partijen en andere events. - Het begeleiden van het volledige traject: van aanvraag en offerte tot uitvoering en aftersales. - Het vertalen van de wense...
