Bij Bright Plus geloven we dat een sterk merk niet alleen zichtbaar is naar buiten toe, maar ook voelbaar van binnenuit. Daarom zoeken we een Event & Culture Marketeer die vanuit onze vestigingen in Gent en Vilvoorde meebouwt aan onze zichtbaarheid, employer branding en bedrijfscultuur.

Je bent de drijvende kracht achter onze events, beurzen en campusrecruitment en interne activaties. Daarnaast ondersteun je 20% van je tijd onze General Manager bij projecten, communicatie en initiatieven die impact hebben op de hele organisatie. Je maakt deel uit van het marketingteam, rapporteert aan de Marketing Manager en werkt nauw samen met de General Manager en het managementteam.

Maak jij het verschil? Events & activaties die blijven hangen Van een beursstand of campusactie tot een klantenevent of kick-off: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk contactmoment de Bright Plus-beleving uitstraalt. Je organiseert en coördineert interne en externe events van A tot Z. Je vertaalt ideeën naar een sterke totaalbeleving, bewaakt planning, budget en communicatie en stemt vlot af met collega's en externe partners. Na afloop analyseer je de resultaten en neem je inzichten mee naar toekomstige projecten.

Recruitment campaigns Je coördineert en begeleidt onze kantoren bij recruitment-initiatieven zoals Bright Young Grads. Zo zorg je dat elke rekruteringsactie hetzelfde merkgevoel uitademt.

Rechterhand van onze General Manager Je werkt nauw samen met onze General Manager en zorgt ervoor dat strategische initiatieven vlot kunnen landen in de organisatie. Je coördineert de agenda, organiseert meetings en ondersteunt de praktische voorbereiding van presentaties en interne meetings. Daarnaast denk je mee over incentives en interne events, zodat plannen niet alleen bedacht maar ook gerealiseerd worden.

Cultuur die je voelt Je bouwt actief mee aan een warme, verbindende en inspirerende bedrijfscultuur. Je organiseert interne initiatieven en verzorgt de interne communicatie via verschillende kanalen. Je creëert “moments that matter”. Zo zorg je ervoor dat collega's zich betrokken voelen en dat onze waarden zichtbaar zijn in alles wat we doen. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met HR, marketing en het managementteam.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je houdt van afwisseling en krijgt energie van een omgeving waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen organiseren, coördineren en communiceren en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende projecten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen en voelt intuïtief aan wat past binnen de uitstraling van een sterk merk.

Je brengt mee:

  • Bachelor- of masterdenkniveau en 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in eventmarketing, employer branding, interne communicatie of een rol met executive support
  • Een proactieve mindset: je ziet werk liggen, denkt vooruit en neemt initiatief
  • Discretie, maturiteit en het vermogen om vlot te schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders
  • Flexibiliteit om je regelmatig tussen onze kantoren en events te verplaatsen vnl. in de driehoek Gent – Antwerpen – Vilvoorde
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden (Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite) en vlot Nederlands, Frans en/of Engels
