Krijg je er een kick van als alle logistiek vlekkeloos klopt en alles achter de schermen perfect is geregeld? Dan is dit jouw kans om te werken op de mooiste evenementenlocaties van Rotterdam! Wat ga je doen? Als Event Producer ben jij de organisatorische spil achter onze evenementen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk detail in de voorbereiding klopt. Jij bent de stabiele factor achter de schermen: je ontzorgt de opdrachtgever, regelt de benodigde materialen en leveranciers, en zorgt dat het uitvoeringsteam exact weet wat er verwacht wordt. 70% van jouw werkzaamheden bestaat uit de voorbereiding op kantoor, zoals het maken van de planningen, drank- en foodbestellingen, inhuur van benodigde materialen en het contact met de opdrachtgever om de laatste details door te spreken. 30% zal plaatsvinden op locatie ter ondersteuning bij de opbouw, overdracht en de afhandeling van onze evenementen. Wie ben jij? Je hebt een natuurlijke aanleg voor organisatie, structuur en communicatie. Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van een strakke voorbereiding én van de dynamiek van het produceren van diverse evenementen. We zoeken iemand die: - Een proactieve houding heeft - jij ziet wat er organisatorisch moet gebeuren en zorgt ervoor dat het tijdig geregeld is. - Zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen, overzicht bewaart en oplossingsgericht werkt. - Flexibel is in dagen en werktijden. - Minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring heeft als eventproducer. - In het bezit is van Sociale Hygiëne (of bereid om dit te behalen). - De Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst. - In de omgeving van Rotterdam woont. - Ambitie heeft om door te groeien.
