Zorg jij ervoor dat elk feest tot in de puntjes klopt?

Voor WATT17 zoeken we een ervaren Event- & Zaalverantwoordelijke die de brug vormt tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je finaliseert onze feesten en evenementen, stemt af met leveranciers, brieft de ploeg en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat.

Tijdens het feest werk je zelf mee op de vloer, stuur je bij waar nodig en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

Organisatie boven creativiteit

In deze functie zijn stiptheid, nauwkeurigheid en organisatie belangrijker dan creativiteit.

Onze salesploeg en wedding planners werken samen met de klant aan de invulling van het feest. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle ideeën en afspraken praktisch correct en tot in de details worden uitgevoerd.

Je hoeft dus niet degene te zijn die het feest bedenkt. Je bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt.

Flexibel in werkuren

Wie horeca en feesten kent, weet dat evenementen niet alleen tussen 9 en 17 uur plaatsvinden. Avond- en weekendwerk maken deel uit van de functie.

We zoeken iemand die bewust kiest voor het ritme van de horeca- en eventsector.

Wie zoeken we?

Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige verantwoordelijke rol binnen horeca, feesten en/of evenementen is vereist.

Je kent het tempo van de horeca, weet wat een goede service betekent en kunt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de praktische organisatie van een feest of evenement.

Je bent punctueel, stipt en betrouwbaar.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en bewaakt afspraken en deadlines.

Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en merkt snel wanneer iets ontbreekt.

Je kunt een ploeg duidelijk briefen en aansturen.

Je communiceert professioneel met klanten, collega’s en leveranciers.

Je bent praktisch, oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig onder druk.

Je steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen.
