Erlebnisse. Für unsere exklusive Eventlocation DASSEE und den Eventbereich

suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Initiative.

Wir suchen im Rahmen einer AMS Vorauswahl 1 EVENTMANAGER_IN - VENUE MANAGER_IN Vollzeit, ganzjährig, Dienstort: Feldkirchen/Donau, eigner PKW erforderlich

Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

DAS IST DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

* Du trägst Gesamtverantwortung für den Eventbereich und DASSEE - von aktiver Vermarktung und Verkauf bis zum Abschluss jeder Veranstaltung.

* Du entwickelst eigene Eventideen und bringst sie erfolgreich auf den Markt.

* Du verantwortest Buchungen, Angebote, Kundenkontakt und Eventmarketing.

* Du führst und koordinierst das Eventteam und planst Personal wirtschaftlich.

* Du sorgst dafür, dass DASSEE jederzeit gepflegt und veranstaltungsbereit ist.

* Du steuerst Personal- und Eventkosten, erstellst vollständige Nachkalkulationen und berichtest eigenständig an die Geschäftsführung.

* Du erkennst Handlungsbedarf selbst, setzt Verbesserungen um und kontrollierst, dass vereinbarte Aufgaben wirklich erledigt werden.

* Du planst Events im MOSTVIERTERL und übergibst sie an das dortige Team.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Erfahrung in Eventmanagement, Gastronomie oder Hotellerie und im Verkauf.

* Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und ein Gespür für Gastgeberqualität.

* Eigeninitiative, wirtschaftliches Denken und Liebe zum Detail.

* Fundiertes Deutsch, gutes Englisch und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools.

* Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenendeinsätzen in der Hauptsaison.
