DEINE ROLLE

* Repräsentation unserer Eventlocations Palais Ferstel, Palais Daun-Kinsky und Wiener Börsensäle sowie erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Veranstaltungen sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Service

* Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Serviceteams

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen veranstaltungsrelevanten Abteilungen

* Koordination und Mitarbeit bei Vorbereitungs-, Auf-, Um- und Abbauarbeiten laut Function Sheet

* Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufs

* Verantwortung für die Veranstaltungsabrechnung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts-, gesetzlichen sowie internen Unternehmensstandards

DEINE STÄRKEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Service von Vorteil

* Fundierte Erfahrung, idealerweise im Event- oder Cateringbereich

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen

* Teamspirit - denn ohne dein Team geht einfach nichts

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hoher Qualitätsanspruch - auch in stressigen Situationen

* Hohe Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Für die Position als Events & Catering Supervisor (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.557 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung dein Bruttogehalt auf € 2.900 erhöhen kannst.
