Organiseren en opvolgen

Je neemt de agenda, de mailbox en de reisplanning van de CEO in handen en beslist mee wat prioriteit krijgt. Je bereidt vergaderingen voor, schrijft heldere verslagen en synthesenota's, en volgt op wat er beslist is tot het ook echt gebeurd is. Klanten en partners die langskomen, ontvang je namens de CEO.

Automatiseren en digitaliseren

Dit is wat de functie onderscheidt. Je zoekt de juiste AI-tools, test ze uit en zet ze in om terugkerend werk weg te nemen. Je bouwt werkbare workflows in plaats van proefprojecten, je deelt wat werkt met de rest van de organisatie en je bent voor de CEO de sparringpartner over digitalisering.

Meedenken

Je bereidt de dossiers voor strategische vergaderingen voor en brengt je eigen lezing mee. Voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de groep in Vlaanderen ben je bovendien de brug op taalkundig en cultureel vlak.

  • Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring dicht bij een directie, of een sterk academisch profiel dat klaar is voor die sprong.
  • Uitstekend Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk, en een zeer goed niveau Frans. Beide zijn dagelijkse werktalen.
  • Concrete ervaring met AI-tools zoals ChatGPT, Claude of Copilot, niet als nieuwsgierigheid maar in je dagelijkse werk.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en assertief: je durft de agenda van een CEO te bewaken.
  • Je anticipeert in plaats van te wachten op instructies, en je bent discreet met wat je te horen krijgt.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een meertalige omgeving en verplaatsingen naar de sites schrikken je niet af.

Je een strikt afgebakende administratieve functie zoekt, liever wacht tot iemand je zegt wat te doen, niet graag van locatie verandert, of AI eerder als hype dan als werkinstrument ziet.

  • Een contract van onbepaalde duur, voltijds, met een 4/5-regeling die bespreekbaar is.
  • Een salaris in lijn met je ervaring, met bedrijfswagen en tankkaart, prestatiegebonden bonus, hospitalisatieverzekering en forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding. De loonvork bespreken we open in het eerste gesprek.
  • Een zichtbare rol met directe toegang tot de leiding van de groep en tot de beslissingen die ertoe doen.
  • Voor wie ambitie heeft, op termijn reële doorgroei naar bredere management-, project- of operationele rollen.
