Vacature Executive Chef (m/v/x) Onderdeel van het directieteam | Goede werk-privébalans | Werken op afspraak De horecasector staat voor stevige opgaven zoals personeelskrapte, verduurzaming, veranderende gastverwachtingen, nieuwe verdienmodellen. Dat vraagt om oplossingsgericht denken en doen, om visionair én culinair leiderschap. Echter, de basis blijft de basis hetzelfde: lekker eten en drinken, een warm welkom en oprechte aandacht zijn van alle tijden. De Zandstuve bestaat 41 jaar, is lokaal geworteld, en wil de volgende stap zetten in haar professionalisering. In onze eigen keuken bereiden we zoveel mogelijk vers, voor rituele momenten (huwelijken, jubilea, herdenkingen, events) en maaltijdservice - en in de toekomst ook voor retraites en intieme conferenties. We zien mogelijkheden om een kleinschalige locatie te worden voor de zakelijke markt en de lerende mens: een knooppunt waar mens, organisatie en hun verhalen samenkomen. We zoeken een hands-on leider met visie en lef, die kansen ziet om De Zandstuve | Het Huis van Gastvrijheid - culinair - naar een volgende fase te gidsen. Jouw rol Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de keuken: kwaliteit, hygiëne, planning en budget. Je geeft richting aan je team en denkt mee over hoe onze keuken kan meebewegen met de vraag van onze gasten en de veranderingen in de sector, zonder de basis uit het oog te verliezen. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van het directieteam. Je stopt dus niet bij het fornuis, maar denkt en beslist mee over de koers van De Zandstuve als geheel. Arbeidsvoorwaarden en wederzijdse verwachtingen stemmen we hierover vooraf goed en concreet met elkaar af.
