Als Executive Driver zorg jij voor veilig, betrouwbaar, discreet en representatief vervoer van leden van de Executive Board, senior management en andere stakeholders. Daarmee draag jij direct bij aan een professionele, veilige en effectieve ondersteuning van de bestuurlijke processen binnen TenneT. Jouw rol Je bent in deze rol meer dan chauffeur alleen. Je anticipeert op agenda's, routes, verkeerssituaties, veiligheidsaspecten en last-minute wijzigingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestuurders zich onderweg kunnen voorbereiden, werken of herstellen, zonder afleiding of onzekerheid over vervoer. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Real Estate & Facility Management team. In deze rol ben jij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het veilig, tijdig en representatief vervoeren van leden van de Executive Board, senior management en andere stakeholders - je zorgt voor zorgvuldige ritten tussen afspraken en locaties, zowel gepland als ad hoc. - Het waarborgen van veiligheid, discretie en privacy - je handelt altijd met oog voor verkeersveiligheid, beveiligingsaspecten, vertrouwelijkheid en de omgeving waarin je werkt. - Het anticiperen op planning en omstandigheden - je denkt vooruit over routes, verkeersdrukte, agenda-aanpassingen, wachttijden en mogelijke veiligheids- of continuïteitsrisico's. - Het beheren van de representatieve staat en beschikbaarheid van voertuigen - je controleert voertuigen, signaleert onderhoudsbehoeften en coördineert schoonmaak, onderhoud en keuringen waar nodig. - Het zorgvuldig ondersteunen van de dienstverlening - je houdt rittenadministratie bij en draagt bij aan een efficiënte, betrouwbare en professionele organisatie van executive vervoer. - Het uitvoeren van aanvullende facilitaire en representatie...
