Deze afdelingen maakt deel uit van een groter geheel daar werken nog zo'n 15 mensen in Venlo ( en nog twee andere vestiging in Nederland) Je wordt de spil van een hecht team van drie collega's, en samen zetten jullie in op vernieuwing en automatisering. Jij neemt de leiding, coördineert en bewaakt met scherp oog al onze nationale en internationale transporten, zowel over de weg als intermodaal. Jij hebt de touwtjes stevig in handen en zorgt ervoor dat we onze beloftes aan klanten en partners altijd nakomen. Daarnaast ben jij het vertrouwde gezicht en aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, vervoerders, agenten en natuurlijk je collega's. Je bent supersnel in je reacties en weet als geen ander hoe je operationele uitdagingen omtovert tot slimme, praktische oplossingen. Jouw missie in deze rol omvat: * Het organiseren, coördineren en nauwlettend bewaken van al onze nationale en internationale transporten. * Optreden als hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten, vervoerders, agenten en onze interne teams. * Het inkopen van de beste transportcapaciteit, het opstellen van scherpe offertes en het adviseren over optimale logistieke oplossingen. * Het continu bewaken van zendingen, kosten, marges en serviceniveaus, en het vakkundig oplossen van operationele uitdagingen. * Het zorgvuldig verzorgen en controleren van de complete administratieve afhandeling, inclusief documentatie en facturati...
